Hiring Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Trauma Therapists
DT Counseling is a growing and reputable private practice in Littleton that is hiring hard-working, self-motivated therapists (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD), who are EMDR-trained (training in similar trauma-specific approaches may be considered). We offer competitive compensation that is percentage based on income earned. We also offer opportunities for increases in compensation. Our therapists can earn between $50,000 and $70,000 or more per year depending on licensure level and number of clients seen each week. Our therapists have the freedom to create their own schedules within the limits of office availability. We deeply value accessibility to quality services; therefore, we accept most major insurances. We love learning from and connecting with one another via regular group consultations and the occasional social outing. We provide reimbursement for CE trainings as well.
DT Counseling treats a wide range of mental health conditions and ages with a specialty in treating trauma and PTSD. We also have a strong focus on providing quality care for children, couples, and families. We meet clients where they’re at, recognizing the utmost importance of the therapeutic relationship in client progress. We join them in their journey to heal from the “deeper issues,” memories, and traumas that have inevitably impacted their current functioning and quality of life. We feel honored to support clients in accessing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that allow them to live full and meaningful lives.
