I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) specializing in a person-centered therapy approach to reducing symptoms from trauma causing attachment wounds, codependency, grief, anxiety, depression and challenging relational patterns. My approach is utilizing Emotional Freedom therapy, DBT skills, EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a solution focused collaborative approach helping clients better understand emotional patterns, process difficult life experiences, and create meaningful change. Allied to serve the LGBTQ community.
My Focus
I work primarily with pre-teens, teens and adults experiencing trauma, grief, codependency, depression, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, and PTSD and Autism-related symptoms. Many of my clients feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns and are seeking deeper healing, greater emotional stability, and want healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we explore the underlying patterns that contribute to these struggles while learning to incorporate practical coping skills for growth and emotional freedom.
My Approach
I use Emotional Freedom therapy, EMDR and IFS, and an attachment-based and person-centered approach aligned to each client’s unique needs and goals. My work focuses on helping clients identify and understand emotional and relational patterns, process unresolved trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, and reduce symptoms to develop healthier life experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and move toward lasting healing and personal growth.
I believe that healing happens within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to be by your side as you develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, a reduction of symptoms and confidence in your ability to create meaningful change in your life.
